“Family Atmosphere!”

That is what our patients say about us.

“Upon entering the facility, I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. It was also a very bright environment with large glass windows looking out at nature. My initial meeting with my physical therapist was very thorough. She took her time listening carefully to my problems, examining my dexterity and discussing my goals. I left feeling very confident that “I was in good hands” with very trained and caring professionals…and thankfully I made the right choice.”

Our patients are grandparents and parents, aunts and uncles, sisters and brothers, children and grandchildren.

We welcome you, to our family, as we take care of yours.

We help you get “Back in Action!”

Rehabilitation and Preventive Care

A physical therapist is an expert in the physical examination of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries. Your physical therapy begins with one of our physical therapists’ evaluating and identifying the underlying cause of your injury rather than merely treating the symptoms.

This philosophy focuses on a detailed biomechanical analysis, which allows us to determine the faulty movement pattern and identify the mechanism of injury.

Based on their findings, the physical therapist will recommend a treatment plan including stretching and strengthening exercises to address biomechanical faults and modalities to address pain, swelling, and inflammation.  We also provide extensive patient education, which encourages patient involvement and promotes injury prevention.
